Our 20 Ambassadors have their tickets, information about their hosts, and a pretty good idea of what to expect on our two-week excursion into Bristol, Northern Wales, and the Heart of England. We will leave Louisville on September 12, and we’ll return on September 26. We’ve asked Mayor Jerry Abramson to provide us with a letter of introduction and a small token gift for the Lord Mayor of Bristol, whom we will meet during the exchange.

We will defy that ancient adage “What happens in Bristol stays in Bristol” – because we expect to bring back to FFLK stories and pictures of what we have experienced. In this way, we can all learn about cultural similarities and differences, about wonderfully warm people, and about astonishing sights and places. It’s great that everyone can benefit from each of our FFLK exchanges.
