The Board of Directors shall consist of the elected
officers of the Club, the present Exchange Directors, Standing Committee
Chairpersons, and any additional members appointed by a majority vote of the
existing Board. The immediate Past President and immediate past Exchange
Directors may sit on the Board for one year in an ex-officio capacity.
